Steve Thede Client Since: June 2000	Just a note to tell you how my site is doing. In the last fifteen days I have listed a $277,000 property with two ancillary sales possible for a possible total of $600,000. I also had a gentleman search my site and came to my open on Sunday. This has opened a dialogue which has the potential of another two transactions with a potential of $480,000. In addition, I received a call on one of my ads and was able to send him to the site which eliminated that property and saved us both time. The good thing is that I am seeing him about listing his $240,000 property next week. This represents a possible total gross commissions of over $90,000. My total cost for this website this year has been around $1,000. I would say that that represents a tremendous potential return on investment. Add to it the wonderful compliment that I received this week about the "impressive quality" of the site and I have certainly gotten all that I expected and more.
